Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! We will gladly accept any unused, unworn, or unopened merchandise in its original condition and packaging, with original tags attached, within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and clearly mention the reason for returning the items.

• Customers need to return the merchandise via traceable delivery (i.e., courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

• Original delivery charges will not be refunded.

• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned products.

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):

2. Repack Merchandise Please securely pack the item(s) you wish to return. Make sure that the merchandise, along with the completed Return Form and original invoice, are included inside the package.

3. Ship Your Package Customers must return the merchandise via traceable delivery at their own expense to the following address:
